The Philosophy Club selects philosophical texts to read and discuss throughout the year. Authors may include Plato, Descartes, Hegel, Kant, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Sartre, Peter Singer, Martha Nussbaum, as well as more general surveys of the history of philosophy. We move at a patient, comfortable, and manageable pace in order to enhance understanding and avoid interfering with academic obligations
