G11-12 Speech & Debate Club

Coaching, practice, and competition opportunities for upper‑level students.

About the Club

This club supports the Speech & Debate program for students unable to take the elective during the school day.

Members receive coaching and are eligible to compete, though international trips are reserved for students taking the curricular elective. The club provides valuable preparation and practice opportunities for speech and debate competitions.

The BASIS International Schools network has grown to over 1,000 active competitors across 11 campuses, with students achieving success at prestigious tournaments like UPenn and Stanford.
