Mindful Moments

A space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect amid academic pressures.

About the Club

This club offers a space for students to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves amid academic pressure, deadlines, and future planning.

Through mindfulness practices, members develop focus, calm, and resilience both in and out of the classroom, supporting mental well‑being and emotional balance during the high school experience.
