About the Run

This club builds physical stamina, mental strength, and resilience through regular runs and goal setting.

Members develop discipline, focus, and a growth mindset while pushing their limits on and off the track. Running serves as a way to destress, clear the mind, and find inner calm amid academic pressures, offering a supportive community for beginners and experienced runners alike.
